Apartments are bright, airy and clean. Security has been generally good. No kitchen sprayer or garbage disposal. Love the in-unit washer and dryer. Fairly quiet, for Newark. We will likely relocate due to constant weed odor.

Horrible, horrible, horrible building with horrible management Greystar and horrible owner Tucker development. Very low quality building, cheap materials, paper thin walls and floors. Nothing ever gets fixed.

I had a decent experience living there, but is has been more than thirty days since we moved out, and they have still not returned my deposit, nor responded to my phone calls or emails. I may have to file a claim to get my money back. The silliness of this incompetence rankles me.

Glad I was able to get out of that place. Was noisy and loud with thin walls. I could hear my neighbors having regular conversations. Was not a peaceful place to live at all. On many occasions the hallways would smell like marijuana.
