I referred our neighbor to Valley Wide Electric, other places told them 3 to 4 days to be able to get their power back to their bathrooms, Valley Wide was there in an with in an hour and had their problem fixed with in 2 hours. Don’t bother with anyone else. This group is the real deal.

I had a wiring issue in a bedroom DIY gone wrong. Valleywide sent someone over the next morning, and he diagnosed the problem in no time at all. He checked everything, was very easy to work with, and was very courteous. The bill was reasonable, and I would definitely use them again. The owner sent a survey shortly after the maintenance, soliciting feedback. Everyone I worked with in the office most recently Heather has been terrific.
Two very nice gentlemen just left after doing some electrical outlets, thermostat and troubleshooting. They were very efficient and straightforward! I would use Valleywide again and ask for this team again!!! It took me years to find someone to come out but only a week after my initial phone call to Bob! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH - I will recommend you to everyone I know!!!!!!!!
From the first phone call to the present, this company has been on it. Very responsive, easy to get ahold of and communicate well. When they come they get right to work and solve your issues. It’s difficult these days to find a good company with good customer service, Valley Wide has it. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely top notch. We had no electricity in two rooms and the electrician found the issue quickly. It was fixed within an hour, plus he showed up right on time. The bill was reasonable, too!

Really terrible service. Heather is the reason I will never work with this company again. She should be fired immediately if the company cares at all about adequately servicing their customers.
