I did my two piercings here, one was fine, second one I had huge bruise and now after 3 months it’s not healing properly and hurts really badly, I texted them with all pictures asking nicely what am I supposed to do, they read very slow and I can’t get my response already in 5 days! So be careful if you have any problems these guys will just ignore you. They also charged me almost $500 for one piercing with earring. Lol I respect the hustle but also respect help people when you messed up

I had such a wonderful experience. I unfortunately had my nostril pierced elsewhere last month and it hasn’t healed the best because of the quality of the piece. I was greeted at the door and given opportunity to look through the pieces I wanted to change my current piece to. My piercer Logan was very kind and gave me a suggestion of could be done. He changed my piece to a new beautiful one that I purchased and the service was so quick. I also, because of my medication, have uncontrollable body twitches that can make me feel uncomfortable because I struggle to sit still but, again, Logan was so patient and kind. It was a great experience and I look forward to purchasing a new piece in the future!

I’ll start off by saying that I love the design, it was a perfectly fine appointment ,and everyone was very nice. I payed a bit over $200 dollars for this tattoo and in my personal opinion I feel like the tattoo should have cleaner lines for the price. My artist Jenny did a great job creating the perfect design off of what I gave her and she brought my vision to life which I really appreciate. I have many other tattoos from much cheaper shops that have done really wonderful clean pieces for me but I saw great reviews for Studio 28 and Jenny’s work looked great so I thought I would splurge for my dream tattoo but I don’t think I’ll be coming back for anything else. Nonetheless, I love my tattoo and am very thankful to Jenny for creating a design I love.Service: Tattoos

I’m not a review person usually but I had the BEST experience with a simple jewelry change! Just needed my conch piercing switched out and Logan was so friendly and professional! Really knew what he was doing!!! My conch took forever to heal and usually switching out the jewelry is painful and starts a new healing process but I literally did not even feel him do it and there’s no pain afterwards! Also love the thoroughness of their sterilization process!!

had the best experience ever!! me and my friends went to get our piercings together and it was my first time ever getting a piercing !! thankfully the staff were the sweetest and we felt so taken care of. Super clean too. Much love to Silus for the amazing work and for walking me through the entire process to help relieve the anxiousness! Definitely returning for future piercings

Incredible experience! They were so welcoming and helped me to pick out a beautiful septum ring. George spent a while making sure the piercing would be placed correctly, especially since I have a slightly deviated septum. I really appreciated the time and care he took with this, it really showed he cares about what he does. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, just some pressure. And I am so happy with how it looks!

Fantastic! Took my daughter here for a naval piercing. I appreciate that they take the legal and safety protocols so seriously. The shop was super clean. And George explained what he was going to do and asked for permission every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Got my belly pierced elsewhere and was having a hard time finding a place with a floating navel piercing which it seemed I needed desperately in 12mm or so. They had it in stock and I came on my lunch break, they were so friendly I believe Sticks and Jack helped me? not sure about the names but told me to follow up in a month which is next week. Prices were a little steeper than what I paid but the gems are apparently real and I was able to find a jewel for $109, service included

I had such a great experience here getting my first piercing. Logan made me feel comfortable and their cleanliness standards are recognizable. They took time talking me through the jewelry selection and then the piercing. I love the result and am healing very well. I’d go here again anytime.
