The pedicure was okay a rushed French pedi is nothing close to five-stars. Customer service and professionalism could be better. The technician who serviced me quite literally stood over me while signing the bill and asked for a larger tip. Weird behavior and it definitely left a poor impression on an otherwise decent experience.Service: Pedicure

Avoid!!! They demand 15-18% tip for a mediocre service. They also added 2 dollars on my final bill for nothing! Very rude and unprofessional. Flys and dust everywhere!Service: Manicure

They do not understand English and are not ready to listen to any of your requests or even concerns. They disregard your complaints and force you to tip more and when you tell them your concerns and requests were not addressed and you are not happy with the service and don’t want to tip elaborate, they force you to pay more. Good service, But the lady demanded that I tipped her 20% Which made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid for Mani pedi combo, Which was good, but not superb. It was awkward. I understand that everyone is struggling during covid, iebts included, But that seems a little bit rude.

Very rude. I asked for the price before the service, I was told $12.75. I agreed, and they insisted on me using the "good" nail polish, not the "bad" one. I asked whether there is a price difference between the two, they replied something in Chinese. After they almost forced me to choose one of the "good" ones, I insisted on paying in advance of service. As expected, they attempted to charge $37 instead. When called on it, they reverted back to $12.75 and made it very clear they expect "cash tip". I'm glad I insisted on paying in advance...

!!Worst service ever!! The Chinese lady who did my pedicure was extremely rude and paid no attention to my feet! She was looking to the side to gossip with her coworkers most of the time and gave me a foot rub cursorily. When I made the payment while drying the nails, she requested cash tip but I didn’t carry cash. She then gave an unfriendly face when I put my tip on the credit card. Minutes later, I asked if my nails were dry. She said I could leave, then rubbed her fingers on my nails roughly to removed the tissue paper on my feet. I asked why she rubbed her fingers on my freshly done nails, she confronted me back. There’re 2 customers in the salon when I was having the service. They seemed to be treated professionally by the other technicians. But my experience was very very unpleasant.

Accepted walk-ins and did a very good job on infills and gel powder nails charged $82AUD

Very bad service! My nails were ruined 30 mins after I left the salon. When I was paying they told me I had to tip in cash and minimum tip is 20% when I thought their services are expensive already. There are 2 other nail salons a block away called QQ and Oasis which have way better service and are cheaper.

Amazing experience, every time I come, I am always happy with the results. Their massages are amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Furthermore the place is extremely clean, and all the tools are sanitized. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. SUZIE IS ONE OF A KIND.

This place is the worst. I am writing from my husband's account, so I am a woman who asked for a mani pedi. They continually rolled their eyes when I declined the upsells. They then tried to charge me more than what was advertised. When I tiped them the standard amount despite not wanting to tip at all, they expected more and were very rude.
