They give you a number and you come back once they have a chance to go through it all and they make their offer. You can take cash or store credit. Store credit usually ends up being twice what cash would have been. The staff there are friendly and helpful.

This unique find in Bossier City is a wonderful addition to an ever growing community of geek/nerd cultures. They are good. Do not pay enough for the good stuff you bring in. And they especially don't pay enough for your trades. Likely won't be back. They make triple off what they pay you for your stuff. GREEDY...

Second & Charles is a decent store with some neat items to peruse. However, it feels like they try a little to hard to be a little too much and thus are never great at anything. They do have something for everyone though. Readers, Musicians, Music lovers, gamers, collectors, everyone will find something to interest them.

This is my favorite place in the world. They have all the second hand media you could possibly need. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful.
