I've had two negative experiences here. I want people to be aware before they shop here. 1. I have very kinky natural hair. I went to this store to try on wigs. The sales woman (who is black) kept making remarks about how thick my hair was. She said that I should get a perm once a year to help with my thick hair. I assumed that she was just uneducated about my type of hair or natural hair in general. But as a salesperson, it's not professional to do that if I didn't ask for the advice. 2. Another time I went there, I bought two mechanical eyeliners. I tried to use one of the pencils the same day & it broke as I was putting it on. I twisted the pencil for more eyeliner but there was no eyeliner left. I tried to go back a few days later to get a refund or exchange & the man at the register said they don't do refunds on make up. I kept asking about a refund. He told me that I broke the eyeliner & it was my fault. I showed him where the other eyeliner was still working but he didn't care. He basically did nothing to help me. No exchange or anything. He blamed me & sent me on my way. I had my receipt & he wouldn't even look at it. If you're going to sell products in a community you should care about who the people are. Take time to do research on different types of hair & don't just look at dollar signs.

Horrible experience! The man was rude! He watched me the whole time. I regret ever even spending my money there! Do not shop there! I wish I didn't have to give them even 1 star! Shop somewhere else! I usually don't even leave reviews but I had to for this one!
