I’ll start with the good first, the service is great, the people working there are really friendly, coffee is good and the place is nice as well. However a group of kids apparently use this place as a meet up spot without even doing anything nor ordering, they go in and out, running around. It didn’t feel like a proper coffee shop cosy to work or study. Last but not least, food is not worth it, I paid $8 for 2 toasts with whipped feta cream cheese and tomato, a snack I could’ve done at home honestly. At least for this price, they should try to provide a real sandwich with idk Turkey and pickles at least…
Coffee ok. Really good views of the harbor and location. They seem to have a variety of holiday drinks, but we did not get a chance to try them out. Had a bagel sandwich , the bagel was decent - not fancy but decent.-Food: 3/5
Very cute little place close to the neighborhood. I got an iced latte with no sweetener and one of the breakfast sandwiches. Both were very good, especially the latte. The flavor of coffee is so strong and tasty. The coffee shop itself has good vibes, my barista was friendly. There are boardgames and a printer if needed. The only downside is that it is quite toasty in there.
nice place! I've been here a couple times, the coffee is good and better than notable chains at a comparable price. there's usually only one person at the counter so I worry they're understaffed.Food: 4/5
*good customer service. not good for studying* I came here to get work done and ordered the hot “tropical green tea.” Unfortunately the tea tasted bitter. However, the customer service was friendly! The two guys working there greeted me and made nice conversation. The place isn’t good for studying/focusing because you can hear the voices of everyone around you it’s just one big open space so sound travels. I probably won’t return for that reason!
10/10 coffee, food & friendly staff! Zara was a blast to chat with! Stop in anytime you see they are open! Holiday brown sugar & vanilla dolce latte is a perfectly sweetened espresso indulging beverage! It is now a weekly stop in my routine!Food: 5/5
I visited this location recently because I like to review local coffee shops and I was a bit disappointed. The location is nice but the parking is rough. Also, when I walked in I noticed that nobody greets you I watched to see if others would be greeted after me-did not happen. You order on an IPad, so no human interaction unless you ask a question or when you get your order-never seen that at a coffee shop before. To add, the coffee was a bit on the pricey side so I had hoped that the taste would make up for the price- unfortunately it didn't which was a super bummer. I had high hopes for this location but was not impressed sadly.
Nice food, friendly staff and a lovely little find next to the harbour. The menu didn't really describe the food so we weren't fully sure what we had ordered. It was nice, but the egg was clearly not fresh which would have made it perfect. Thankfully staff and venue made up for that.Food: 4/5
Just left this place; I waited 40 minutes for a mocha latte, I had some time so I made a point of being patient and watched 15 people walk in and 6-8 walk out before even ordering seeing the pace that drinks were coming out. I had committed up until duplicate orders were being brought out for free to people already seated, then I left. I really want to like this place as it's close and obviously locally run, but two people making coffee drinks at a 12 minutes per drink pace between the two of them wont work.
This is the slowest service with the longest wait I’ve ever experienced at a coffee shop. I have worked as a barista at so many shops and have experienced a much larger crowd in the shops I’ve worked at and was able to pump drinks out faster. This is ridiculous, I’ve been here over 30 minutes waiting for my drink and there are probably only 5 guests. They are so disorganized and had no clue what they had and had not made. They were clearly in no rush. They didn’t know who needed a drinks still. HORRIBLE service. Seriously awful. I’m not one to write a Google review but this was literally ridiculous
