Rude staff, posts sales but won't give you sale prices and then get an attitude when you want to take something off your order

I just walked out of this location and may I say this is the most disgusting condition of a establishment I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Being a Chef I’m screaming where is the health department. Every single fridge was not working with items are hot signs and they are selling those said items. Yogurt past the cold safety zone. A lady said oh my gosh they are still down, I meant to bring in my milk I bought because it was spoiled. It is completely filthy, you could see the deimos and food beginning to separate. The sad part is the owner will still sell the items and people will get sick. This is why I hate franchises. I will be contacting the health department in the morning

The location is good, the staff was attentive enough, however there was some items out of stock, also could have been cleaner.

Was harassed and disrespected from an employee insulting me appearance/disability. There’s a new Employee there that works night shift that has really made the place go downhill. I know a few dozen people that lives in this neighborhood who frequently shops here and has also complained about the night shift being disrespectful. A solid dozen of my friends go shop at this location and also said the service was terrible. We are going to boycott this 711 and have you guys loose a lot of money that you make daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Roughly yearly I spend well over a thousand dollars here and that’s just me. Be prepared to take thousands of dollars in losses not just from me from dozens of others as well. They will be filing complaints to corporate after I informed them on how rudely I was treated at this location as well as insulted do to my appearance and deformities. I am very upset with you guys after shopping here daily for so long. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior in my neighborhood.

Doesn't matter what time or the day you come in or who's working the employees are always rude. There's enough 7-Eleven stores in Baltimore I think I'll find another one to go to.

Rude staff and only open when they feel like it. Close to 10:30 on a Thursday night.

Don't shop here unless u plan on paying with cash. Cashiers are the worst I've ever encountered. Don't go here. Worst experience ever.

Cashier was pretty ignorant. Pizza looked disgusting. Just go to the one on light Street. They're 20 times better.
