I live in this store. People are friendly except for the big guy on his phone sitting behind the counter - but he even gets up if the other clerk is busy. The food is good and it's not too bad with people hanging outside.
Every time we go to this 711 between 12 am and 5 am they're closed when they're supposed to be a 24 hour business. They pick and choose who can come in and out between those hours and it's not right.
This store is always closed when it is supposed to be a 24-hour establishment
This 7-Eleven has changed quite a bit since I last reviewed it 2 years ago. Now that I've started going there for more than just putting funds on my Visa card, I'm noticing just how much I've grown to like this store. The employees I believe they might be a family are extremely polite. They greet you as soon as you walk in, they're always willing to help, very courteous and I love that they are enforcing safety with shields and masks in the store. It's clean inside and outside the store with shelves kept tidy. I've developed an addiction to their plain donuts, BLT green teas and BLT salads that make me wish I bought more than 2 at a time. Since I've started going there more often, I've been asked if I have a number to put in before ringing up my purchase. After looking into what that meant, I signed up for the 7-Eleven Rewards app and I'll be using that with future purchases. I know they've had a bit of problems with some people not being allowed in the store, probably due to stealing or something, but I hope they stay around for awhile.
This place says it’s going to be open 24 hours a day. Then whenever I got after midnight, typically around 1-3 it’s closed. I don’t mind if it closes, I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t have the right hours online. Also, when I show up, all the lights are on and there is a hand writes sign on the door that says something like, “we are out.” Personally, it seems like the night shift crew is just slipping out during their shift. I hope that the 7/11 head office sees this, and either adjusts the hours online, or speaks with the workers responsible.
Well they definitely ain’t 24 hours it would be great if they could let us know what the actual hours are every time I go at night there’s people working in the store but the won’t unlock the door instead they just stare at you and walk away
What 7-11 doesn't have any coffee available in the morning?! Best part about this visit was when a customer came in at the same time as I am pointing this out to staff and he shouts "They're out of coffee again!"
This particular location I stopped in at around 10pm for coffee and they had one container that was almost empty. If you gonna cut back at certain hours at least have one good pot going.
Trying to understand why this 7-Eleven charges $1 more than Montgomery County for 2 slurpees. The cashier did not give my husband the receipt and quickly threw it away before we could even ask. It's ashame that the neighborhood is also really ghetto with lots of druggies loitering all around this place. I would not go back again.
The best 7/11 All employees are so polite and welcoming. The most of all is Mohammed Khalid, he is an adult gentle man who definitely deserves a raise. I love less than 2 blocks from the 7/11 frequent visitor. He is the only one that recognizes me every time. Already knows what I want befor I even order. He is your best asset!!!!!!
