Unfortunately this location has rodents, speaking volumes on the cleanliness of the facility.

YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF. Why do you have only one person available to make drinks on a weekday morning? While this young lady was doing her best, she absolutely could not handle all these people fast enough. And it's always like this lately....not enough staff in the rush hours. 1 extra person would have made a big difference. I did a mobile order and still had to wait 15+ minutes after getting there for my drink. Management get it together. This is area is full of college students, I'm sure you can find someone to hire. Other than that, it's a really nice establishment and the workers are always nice.

This location is seriously under-staffed. We come to Baltimore once or twice a year to see the Red Sox. This Starbucks is very close to the hotels we stay at, and it had become our regular breakfast stop. This past Friday and Saturday we were told there would be a 20-25 min wait. We accepted that. Sunday we were told the same thing, but the actual wait time was over 45 minutes. This is largely due to understaffing. We will not be going back for the last two days of our stay, and may skip it in the future as well.

The protein box had the freshest fruit I've tasted in a while. Since going to Dunkin, a venti coffee doesn't seem so big. The $6 I spent for the coffee didn't seem woth it.Food: 4/5

It's a Starbucks so you should know what to expect. But the staff were very friendly and didn't mind chatting for a second about drink selection. They weren't very busy though. Awesome place to hang out for a while if you need to work. Not all Starbucks are conducive to laptop working. This one is excellent. They also got my name and number when they saw I was going to sit a while so they can do proper contact tracing! Great job!

The drinks were good, and the place looked nice, but the drinks took a while to be served. The only reason I won't sit down for a drink and leave immediately is the homeless people who walk in there and bother you for money and get mad when you don't give any, as it made me feel unsafeFood: 5/5

The most friendliest Starbucks I've ever been too! Working at the BCCFH I've been to this location numerous times & have yet to have a bad experience. They make the best frappuccinos, & offer advice if your undecided. Today, I tried the new toasted white chocolate mocha frappuccino, it was Delicious! The store is also super clean. Currently, there is no eat in dining due to covid. Thanks Guys for adding a smile to us Health Care Workers on the Front Line! We appreciate you as well!

Nice clean location with friendly workers, many outlets. However no wifi available here. You have to use next door’s guest wifi

I just recently moved to the area and I was impressed with both the cleanliness and courtesy of the Starbucks partners! The young man at the register was extremely patient & kind and I really appreciate the great service!!!
