Terrible customer service. Cashier girl told me “Make it quick I’m trying to close” If I didn’t need to get something eat for my overnight shift then I would’ve left! And if that was the case then she shouldn’t have even opened the door for customers. I purposely took my time getting what I needed despite her ugly attitude. Never again.

Terrible people who work there the most racist be careful how you pay them

The customer service is very unprofessional and they dont know how to talk to you. Ive been working downtown for 17 years and every time i try to give them a chnac it sucks.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...and there’s no need to ask for the manager cause he is even more disgusting!!!

I stopped for a quick visit but 711 has become a place that I visit on a regular basis.

The women on night shift have been known to short change people, happen to me twice pls count your change before exiting
