310 at NuLu Apartments

The best apartment I've ever lived in. It was clean and secure. I wish I could've taken the entire place and staff with me. Awesome location to downtown Louisville , market and main street . Thank you Danielle and Eric as well as the maintenance staff you guys were AWESOME!

After scheduling an appointment to see some apartment, I meet with Eric Johnson who was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and detailed. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Eric at 310 @ NuLu made the process of applying and moving in very smooth! Once approved, all the information sent was very straightforward. It lists the information needed for move-in including first payment and how to set up utilities, internet, cable, and renter’s insurance. Thorough and concise.

I came in to check out some apartments and got to meet Eric Johnson. He was amazing. He was very nice and informative. I would recommend everyone speak with Eric he was great. I would rate this apartment complex 10 out of 10.

Lived in a studio there for six months. Upkeep was good and staff was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend!
