Because I’ve experienced their brand downtown, I expected an enjoyable experience. Simply not the case. Extremely inefficient from start to finish. Aside from the unsatisfactory experience, I am confused by a few things: 1. Why the establishment only has 2 high chairs, I’m sure with all of the families in Lake Nona, investing in high chairs may not be a bad idea. 2. Why you reserve so much of your restaurant that you can’t take walk-ins. We watched families leave while waiting for reservations that never came. In regards to the meal, it was below average at best. None of us finished our meals. I ordered a “Ribeye + Eggs” which resembled a small skirt steak, and was over cooked.

We made a reservation for mothers day because last year we went to the one in downtown Orlando. This one I figured would be the same just a little more convenient. Yes it is very convenient. The food was not the same. My wife's frittata was burnt on the bottom. All 3 of our English muffins were burnt. The potatoes had no flavor. Just sliced potatoes with no seasoning. Our waitress was very good. Sadly we won't be going back to this location, suggestion for the kitchen people would rather wait 2 more minutes for great food than have bad food served in 2 minutes.

I reserved a private dining room for my sister's birthday dinner and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The excellent service and attention to detail began with my initial email inquiry to Hannah who was available for every question, concern, or specification I had. She provided accurate details in a timely manner. This excellent service made me extremely comfortable with planning and executing my even without ever setting door in the restaurant. On the night if the event, our server, Chelsea was amazing. She was helpful and attentive from the moment we walked in the door to the moment my last guest left. Simply amazing! I had plated service that was very accommodating to my guests tardiness and all in attendance was impressed and had a great time. I would definitely recommend for private events as this was excellent service. THANKS 310 NONA.

Good food. Large portions. Not very busy when I went there. It has outdoor seating and it’s next to a lake. Inside is not very big. If you are planning a date night there I would say call for reservations. Not as fancy as the name suggests but it’s still very nice.

This place has been such a great treat each time i have gone. The waitress Dinorah has been Amazing & has done everything to make sure we were completely satisfied & being serviced. At this point, i have been lucky to get her at my table twice & each experience has been great! She is a breath of fresh air & genuinely cares for the customers. The salmon bites were recommended & were delicious! My new go-to place when I'm in the area!
