The place is clean and the employees are helpful, but when you pay $10 for a chicken cutlet hero, you expect real chicken cutlets. They use chicken patties similar to a McDonald's chicken sandwich. It tasted fine but wasn't near as good as a real chicken cutlet sandwich. There is a seating are upstairs also.

This place has some of the best cold cut sandwiches in midtown. 33 Deli is very clean and the ordering system is very efficient. I get lunch here all the time and am always satisfied.
From England and was visiting NY for a week. Ate breakfast here as much as I could. Cheap but great quality food. Would defo recommend. Great staff too
