38th & Third Parking

Overcharged us $15, admitted it and wouldn't give refund. Suggested we just "call the company" to complain. Tried to get into my car to move it without permission, with my baby inside it while my husband was still discussing the situation. Next time will park further away and save myself time, money and hassle

This place is not just a scam, but they don't care about your vehicle, my car has been damaged and now I'm having a difficult time getting my compensation. No one is picking up my calls, and no one replies to my emails.

Complete thieves. I had a coupon which they told me to leave in the car when I arrived. When I came back the coupon was taken out of the car, so I had to pay full price. Stay away from these guys. They are rude to the point of being threatening. A terrible experience.

Seemed like a decent enough place- and I parked in NYC on Saturday for 16 bux... that seems pretty cheap!
