Zephyr Parking

One of the most unorganized garages in the city. The is only 1 individual working at all times which takes 30 to 45 mind to get your car. Even when calling up to an hour prior to arriving to the garage to have your car ready, no one picks up. I never wrote a review for anything, but I rather people stay away from a headache

Wish I could give zero stars. Booked a day ahead on the SpotHero app and arrived to a locked up garage and a very rude employee stating that the garage was full and that I needed to leave or he would call the police. Called SpotHero and they refunded my money. My advice is to go around the corner to another garage on Lexington ave.
