Regal Parking

Made reservation. Paid $50 online for 6 hours of parking. I arrived at the correct time. But I was unable to park! I was unable to get into the garage! It caused a 25- minute delay for me, before my car got into the garage. This garage has a single-lane narrow ramp for all cars coming and going. It's a mess. It was aggravating.... a big big hassle costing $50.

This guy is a scam and very rude. I stayed at Hyatt centrc and he gave a discount at the time of entry for 24 hour parking but when I came the next day to pickup my car he charged me for two days telling me I'm late by 5 minutes. I arrived and there was no one at the counter and he was busy parking other cars. He is a very rude guy and I would never come again. They scammed me two days charge for one day.

The attendant was friendly and made sure to tell me how to get the hotel discount. Compared to other NY parking experiences I have had, this one was great.

If you value your security, do not park at this garage. I recently visited NY and parked at this garage and the attendant had my name and telephone number without me ever giving it. I never parked at this garage. Apparently, it is tech meant to save time and provide convenience for the customer to access their access ticket from their mobile device. However, if they can collect this information without your permission or knowledge, what other info can be collected?

They charge $60 PER HOUR yes, you read that right for parking. Do not give these people your hard earned money. We all deserve better.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. The parking attendants are super shady. They tried to over charge for parking and hold my car hostage when I showed them my receipt to validate my stay at a hotel they partnered with. The attendant slammed the door on me and stated the only validation they would accept was a stamp from the hotel. I had to walk all the way back to the hotel to get a stamp to get my car out of their garage. When I told the hotel they apologized and told me that they would contact the manager of the establishment. When the hotel called, they found out the price they charged me to park was more than the price that was agreed upon for their partnership contract. This is a super shady parking garage. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Did not have any problems. 55 Dollar with an hotel discount for 24 hours for a large SUV. Normal price was 90 Dollar I think. No damage, fast service. Did not wait long to get the car back.

I arrived at 7:17. Was promised the early bird special. I got back at 10:57 and was told I was not allowed the early bird rate of 34$ and now had to pay 65$. When I asked why he told me because it hasn't been exactly 4 hours. He made me stand there and wait for 20 minutes. Rudest staff I've ever encountered at a parking garage. If I could give it 0 stars I most certainly would. It's expensive and not worth it. There's a garage 13 dollars cheaper 2 blocks away. Download best parking app. It's a great help.

I was supposed to get a hotel discount. I was told they would be $55 then they took my card and charged me over $200. Do not hand them your credit card. Now I have to dispute the charges because they forgot to use the hotel validation discount.

This place is horrible, I parked there many times, and every time I realize something changed inside the car heat adjust, radio station, moving things around. I am sure they sit or sleep in the car. Customer service is absolutely zero, all they care about is how to get more money out of you.
