I had the wonderful pleasure of having my hair touched by Belle!! I came in expecting the worst, it was an intensive color correction and Belle SLAYED!! She took my shameful and embarrassing hair seriously, I could not stand to look in the mirror, and completely transformed me. I feel 1000% better about myself, actually enjoy looking in the mirror at the straight up artwork she put on my head!! I can not thank her enough for the magic she worked. Finally! Someone who can actually cut my hair right!! Judy is the owner or 3930Ego and she is incredible. Not only is she super sweet, bonus points, but she can work a pair of scissors like a magician. Okay, about the experience: I came for a full wash, cut, and style. I've been growing my hair out super long and especially my bangs so I can change up the straight bang look. The hair wash is traditionally one of my favorite parts because it's just so relaxing. For the cut, I gave her free reigns with the only stipulation being to keep it as long as possible. I knew I needed to lose about 2 to 4 inches of dead-ends and to add layers. I have a ton of hair and it gets extremely heavy so I needed layers. Headaches aren't fun. About the style: I absolutely love what she did! She gave me a dream cut. I'm low maintenance when it comes to doing my hair so I don't want a style I have to mess with every day. I basically get out of the shower, air dry my hair, and boom perfect hairstyle! I get so many compliments and I literally do nothing to my hair. I model too so it's nice to just show up on set and have hair ready to go. 3930Ego was chosen as Houston's Best Of The Best as a hair salon this year and it's 100% accurate. Judy got Best Of The Best as a Stylist and it's so deserved. I highly recommend this salon and spa. They just added a massage Therapist as well as a Permanent Makeup and Eyelash specialist so those are next on my list to try. 10 out of 10.

Lauren is FANTASTIC!!! Finding a hairstylist who does it all is difficult, especially someone who can do quality haircuts. I have lived in Scottsdale, AZ, for nearly four years and have not found anyone to replace her. Just wanted to take the time to leave a review for Lauren. I wanted to surprise my wife and had absolutely no idea where to start. Her hair lady had moved back across the coast and she was freaking out and I called around looking for someone and Lauren took the time to help me figure out if she would be a great fit. I introduced the two and honestly it was the best experience Stephanie has ever had. She continues to tell all of her co-workers about how great the customer service is and how much time Lauren took to get to know what she likes and her preferences. I just wanted to leave this review for other guys out there who might be in a situation where your girl is about to lose it because of a similar situation, i feel confident in saying send them to Lauren because she will save the day and in the long run, make your life easier. I would like to give Lauren her flowers! She did an amazing job with the cut & phenomenal job with the color that I wanted!! Everyone at the staff was super helpful, attentive, and sweet! I will be going back for another cut and color very soon!

Lauren Laguna is soo amazing and awesome! I followed her to 3930 Ego and I absolutely love and adore her! She has been my hair stylist for years now and I love her skills and personality so much! She makes me feel like her friend while making my hair look bomb everytime! She kills it! I even started bring my little daughter to her now too! I highly recommend Lauren and 3930 Ego!

I would not recommend coming in to see Lauren based on my experience. I did not want to cut my hair the way she suggested and she was offended and walked me out at which point she said some condescending things. The way she acted was rude and unprofessional and I can’t imagine stepping foot in this salon if she works there. Update: Lauren sent me a text on a weekend after 9pm. It was unnecessary and confrontational. I would like the salon to not share my personal information. This is harassment.
