If you’ve been meaning to get back to exercise or are curious about yoga and intimidated that maybe it’s too hard… come in and try one of Wendy‘s “gentle yoga” classes. They are super easy and low-key and incredibly relaxing. For me, I have a hard time with “meditation”. I can’t still my mind. but I’m sometimes able to reach a meditative state while doing these simple and low impact yoga exercises. Lots of floor work, lots of stretching, and mild or deep internal work helps my body get balanced again and improved the health and breathing of my internal organs. This style of yoga has enabled me to slowly work back towards an exercise regime after a fairly difficult back injury. thank you Wendy!
This is a great studio. The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming to all different levels. 3B's focus is on the traditional Ashtanga method of yoga but offers a variety of different classes as well.
Great studio. I visited traveling and everyone was really friendly. I felt right at home. Talented, kind and caring instructors. Can't wait to visit them again!
Best studio! The owner Wendy is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. The people who practice there are sweet and there is a real feeling of community.
came here out of town to make a 6am Mysore session and came to a locked door instead. Had to do my practice at planet fitness. If your not having a class, take it off the schedule.
This studio is a warm, friendly and inclusive. I started practicing at 3b because I wanted to do the teacher training. I never left and now it just feels like home. Breathe, bend, be..........
