I just floated today at Healing Lotus Center, and it was seriously the best thing I could do for myself while 38 weeks pregnant, or anytime for that matter. Been feeling like my body, frame etc has been supporting the whole universe, and feeling weightless and supported for an hour was just what I needed. A return to the womb, if you will. So grateful for my friend reaching out to offer this to me. I feel so great afterward. As a doula I recommend this to any pregnant person, but also to any human. There are so many benefits. I wish I’d taken a picture of my belly before and then after. I could physically see the balance it brought to my body and uterus. So good!!

Love this place! It's so welcoming, you learn so much here about your self! The yoga is so refreshing and relaxing I always walk out feeling like a new person!!. I well always recommend this place to anyone! The best place to do yoga and listen to good music.
