Best Liquor selection in Harlem. Especially for Whiskey.  For wine they are a little heavy on sweet selections but have a very solid portfolio of sparkling.  Staff is very friendly, prices can't be beat.  Oh,  and you can get your lotto tickets at the same time

Spanish Harlems Best Liquor Store

Great variety of items available at this liquor store, with even better discounts. They even have a points program available for their customers.  They even have lotto machines on site which is a plus because there are not many in this area.

People that work there are very helpful.
