My side stone fell out of my engagement ring a few months after my fiancé bought it. After slightly reprimanding me, they replaced it for free. Two weeks later, it was loose again, even though I had been very careful with it and just work a desk job from home. I brought it in again and they once again said it was my fault that the gem was loose. Even though this was under a 1 year warranty, they said that they wouldn’t keep fixing it for free. After some disagreement they fixed it again. It is not professional to blame the customer

This place features a nice selection of better quality jewelry. I took some watches here for a bracelet adjustment and a battery change and was charged a price well below what other shops would charge and the staff were very pleasant to chat with.

Tom the owner of 4 C's truly knows his business and craft. I presented him with a picture of a ring and within a month I was wearing that beautiful ring on my finger. You couldn't tell any difference from the picture. Tom and his friendly staff always make time spent at 4 C's a relaxed and warm experience.
