American Clock

Always like to go in the shop and see all the different clocks brought in to be fixed. Takes him a while to get mine fixed but I know it will be done correctly.

What I like best about this shop is the owner has always been kind and courteous, no matter how big or small a job he is working on. I have mainly had wristwatches fixed here, battery replacement, strap repair and the like. He is also honest. Once I brought in a wind up wrist watch from the 50's. He told me he could fix it, but the cost of the repair would far exceed the value of the watch.

A+++++ The owner is wonderful and honest ! After going to the Jewelers in La Verne to get a new battery for my watch the owner stole a part out of my watch that holds the battery down. I saw him remove it and put it in his pocket and said my watch was broken and it would cost about $300 to repair and that it needed cleaning. I left and went to American clock. He replaced the part that was stolen and put in a new battery and cleaned it for about $25 on the spot. In this world it's getting harder and harder to find honest decent people, this man is a Gem among men ! I HIGHLY recommend American clock company. Love, love, love !

Shop owner is a bit eclectic in his own way, BUT.. when 2 other places could not fix my watch, HE could. This guy knows his stuff, and has the correct tools to get the job done. I will continue to take any watches OR clocks here, as I can appreciate his small business as well as his knowledge on this specific 'art'.

I accidentally knocked my Grandma's cuckoo clock off the wall. I was devastated. I took it to the shop in pieces in a cardboard box. He fixed it perfectly! If you need someone that knows about clocks, this is the place.

Support your local merchant stores. Clean, organized and with all his years in clock repairs theres not much that'll stump this Clockmaker.

I took my clock in and the owner, before I could say anything ,said "Take that out of here, I don't work on cheap Korean knock-offs." Rude and a little racist, imo.

I have been a customer for many years. The old-world craftsmanship and service are valuable and appreciated.

Seemed annoyed I walked in and couldn't schedule a grandfather clock service for another couple months, I'll take my business elsewhere.
