40 Boylston Street Apartments by The Hamilton Company

I lived there for a year and was getting ready to move recently. The property management department is responsible for the maintenance of the house, but every time I contact them for repairs, I have to contact them several times, or even wait a month before they can repair. The experience after not renewing the contract will be very bad. We are also in the lease period, the property management company temporarily informed us that there will be others to the apartment to watch, and we can not refuse.

Decent apartments. I stayed in an airbnb. Right across the street from a huge homeless shelter. Everytime I walked out the front door there were drug addicts screaming obscenities at each other, cat calling women, trying to sell us drugs. Yuck.

We visited our son here. I could not believe how loud it was at night. Sirens, yelling, trucks, and traffic. I was also approached to buy crack and witnessed a crack deal less than a block away.

Heavy population of homeless openly using/dealing drugs on both sides of building entrance 24 hours a day.

Very comfortable.
