The Kensington

This place was the best. I lived at the Kensington for 4 years and would've stayed longer if I didn't have to move for school. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Super clean and modern amenities. If I ever move back Boston I will 100% live here again.

I love the Kensington! Every time we visit there with our Doggie Ice Cream Truck. I think to myself...."I want to live here!" Kayla and her entire team are wonderful! They offer each resident and dog at the Kensington a wonderful place to live!

Love living here. The concierge and staff are exceptional- always helpful and kind. Location is fantastic - I walk everywhere. I once moved to seaport and had to come back because I missed this building so much.

I recently moved in to the Kensington and I have loved every day here. The staff is AMAZING! They take the time to get to know you and the amenities are great.

We enjoy all the amenities- the grills, gym and common areas. The building is in a good location to our jobs downtown and in the Seaport. We love having a dedicated office space in our unit. The maintenance team is always quick to come up if there is an issue.
