We love living here at 44 Monroe! The views can't be beat and everything is right at your doorstep! Building maintenance is very responsive and it is great having the 24/7 concierge/security service! The chiller-based AC system works very well while keeping electricity costs quite low!!

LET ME BE CLEAR!!!! TALLEST RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN PHOENIX. YOU CANNOT USE YOUR BALCONY. THEY ARE BOLTED SHUT. FACT. NO POOL IN 1.5 YEARS. FACT. GARBAGE TENANTS. FACT.

Wish I could give this place no stars. Management is terribly unorganized, none of the amenities apart from the community room and the gym were available, and way overpriced for what you got. Would absolutely NOT recommend ever living here!!

Went there for a friends get together and my friend got stuck in the elevator. Never again.

I went to check out this apartment and the floors was dirty ! Black soda spills dryed up in the elevator! I thought this place whould have look great ! I was wrong . It looks more like a 3 star hotel ! It’s a downfall !
