Jamie was so incredibly helpful! She was able to show me all of the floor plans I was interested in as well as answer all of my questions. She was a pleasure to work with and would recommend her to anyone looking to sign a lease in downtown phoenix!
The "one star" reviews here are obviously FAKE because this place is SPECTACULAR!! The property manager and staff could not have been kinder or more helpful! The rooms are amazing and the views are to die for! I love this place!
First month in and everything is as described in the positive reviews. Leasing here was a great move. Amenities are great, close restaurants and bars, friendly staff and quick to respond. Highly recommend.
I’ve lived here coming up 18 months, Great location with friendly staff and that's where the positives end. The rooftop pool is regularly dirty, the hot tub is never working. Hallways are regularly dirty. Breaker trips regularly if I use my washer, so I'm unable to do anything while doing laundry. Pathetic for the price I'm paying.
