4th West Apartments

I love living here! It’s been great. The staff is super attentive and willing to help in any way! Not to mention the amenities are amazing. Things are always clean and the COVID rules have been enforced which is nice. The apartments are really nice and have a lot of kitchen storage.

This is a review of the maintenance staff: They are always very respectful, on time and get it done correctly. Tom was the one who did our last request and everything went smoothly.

4th West is a wonderful place to live. Perfect location on the north west corner of downtown and easy access to public transportation. The amenities and rooftop views are top notch. Be careful if you tour, you won't want to live anywhere else!

Tom and Alejandro were awesome!! They helped me assemble and install a ceiling fan in the middle of their busy day. I just had knee surgery a few weeks ago so I couldn't do it on my own and really appreciated their help!
