Story

With more than twenty years of experience and know-how, 503 Corporation, a company specializing in servicing the facilities management industry with building and janitorial supplies, wants to reach out to you. As one of the first minority owned and certified businesses in the Philadelphia area, 503 Corporation offers and supplies an extensive variety of products, including green and earth-friendly solutions, for the commercial building industry. The company was founded by Ray Yabor in Kensington to expand upon his growing restaurant and food service business. As of 2010, ownership of the firm transitioned to Mario Zacharjasz, who was mentored by Mr... Yabor, and has been his long time friend and colleague.

The acquisition of 503 Corporation was fueled by Zacharjasz's passion for making a difference through minority business development in the supply industry. Kevin Dow, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Director of Commerce of the City of Philadelphia has voiced that he is gratified that Mario Zacharjasz is demonstrating his commitment to sustaining jobs in the city through this transaction and retention of a minority-owned firm in Philadelphia.

Through supplying consistent quality products for custodial building supplies, cleaning supplies, maintenance equipment, safety products, office furniture and office supplies to commercial buildings in the Philadelphia region will continue. The 503 Corporation currently represents manufacturers such as 3M, Sylvania lighting, Georgia Pacific, Brady Sign Mark, Arbill Glove and Safety Products, Pullman-Holt, Enviroclean, Eureka, Rubbermaid, Bush Furniture, and other manufacturers such as Lakes Paper, Kimberly Clark, Fort River, Essex plastics and many others. With our own fleet of trucks, we can provide drop shipment of your orders or deliver via next day air UPS. Local deliveries are made daily.
