A very interesting store. In addition to various open camera tracking systems, they have such interesting gizmos with built-in cameras and a microphone. Do not guess that this is a little thing for tracking. Well, they provide a full range of services. from consultation and sale to installation and maintenance. I recommend dropping by anyway.

I've judged this location for a long time. I finally took the drive from Delaware to come here. Completely worth it. I have misjudged this place for over 5 years assuming it couldn't be successful. I was foolishly mistaken and pleasantly surprised, good on you.

I bought an item there for $200 tried to return it 2 days later and they would not give me my money back

Just got my cameras installed with them, installer did wonderful job, the quality of the video is amazing, I love it. Sales guy named Alex, was very helpful, very rare I find sales people who know their product that well, he gave me very good deal and 3 years warranty without any extra cost on all the products I purchased. Would recommend them.

Had special service done at this place, was going through divorce at the time, she wanted to take all my money and my current business, not just half, all of it. Al suggested service unknown to me before, the price was a bit high for me at that point, but in the end it was worth every penny, it took them some time to make it happen, but eventually I got what I needed and it helped me prove all of her wrong doings and win my case, I'm very thankful to these guys, not only they did their job well, but they literally helped me save my business and my hard earned savings. Hope this helps other people who might be going through the same issues I was.

Bought 12 cameras for my Japanese restaurant from them, these guys did wonderful job, that's the reason I'm writing this review since I promised them that if they do good job, i will leave good review, so they did, Antony was very professional installer and made sure that I get it the way I wanted and no wires are hanging, very clean. The sale guy Ale gave me very good deal, since I almost got ripped off by the other place down town, they tried to charge me twice as much as these guys did at philly spy shop, very good people, good prices and deal, will do business again.

I purchased a professional service from them for $1,000, was going through very tough times, needed the proof that my wife was cheating on me. Alex was very helpful and patient with me, walked me through all the details and answered all of my questions, in the end, the only bad part was that it took a bit extra time, but it wasn't their fault to be honest, the best part is that I got what I needed, was able to get proof and get my ex wife to sign my divorce papers without any hassle. Before I came to them, I spent a few thousand $$$$ dollars on private investigators and related services, but they were the only ones who actually did what I needed, I wish I would find them earlier. They guarantee their service, which is very important and convenient, if they can't get it done, you won't loose your money, the communication and support was 5 stars, I always got a respond from them within minutes. Very professional and trustworthy business! I would recommend them and I was very satisfied. Thanks.

08/31: As per discussion with Alex on phone, he said that he will look into my issue in next 2 days and will resolve. Hoping for good required support. This place is big scam.. beware. Wanted to sue alex .. poor services. He took 1100$ from me for private services 4 mths ago and still nothing happened .zero output. Also . I purchased a gps tracker which is not working at all. Before I came to these guys, got ripped off couple times with online services, but very glad I found this place. Had phone trace investigation done here, was very satisfied with the results, took longer than planned, that's the only part I wasn't happy about, but eventually I got the information I was looking for. Good work.

very friendly and knowledgeable staff, had my home surveillance system purchased and installed from these guys, they did wonderful job and have great customer service
