Just bc I am a student or a teacher at unversity of Penn's . they can't sell nothing to me at all I live in the area I think it is unfair to senior citizens

Great college store. You can find almost anything here. Although some things are little expensive, they sometimes have good deals.

They didn't have the computer cable I needed but considering I didn't have time to order it online told me where I could and couldn't get it, and what questions to ask at other stores. Would not have been able to get a replacement cable without their advice.

terrible customer service. not very fitting for a store that’s located in a school campus and is supposed to be catered towards students. unfriendly worker with bad attitude answered my simple questions very rudely. i don’t think i’ll be coming back here

Very few laptops on display in my price range. Out of dozens of Windows computers, none in the $500-$1000 range with 15"-17" screens. Many tablet-style and other small notebooks.

Helped me buy a new laptop charger when mine died.
