There computer system is a mess it's always moving slow won't take my auto pay on time charging me incorrectly its really upsetting! I'm sick of calling them every month there is always a issue the employees are pleasant but from my experience with Aarons I will never shop there again
Extremely overpriced but they offer leasing in furniture which is a first for me
My experience with the newer staff has been great. Couldn’t find anywhere to rent my wife’s furniture since we will only be in Philly for a year and since I was in Center City I gave them a call. They worked with me with the price. The main thing is to stay in contact with them if there’s any trouble and they been reasonable. I prefer renting over owning since I move a lot
This Aaron's is by far the best! Great staff, great customer service, inexpensive products. What more could you ask for? A place like this does not get enough praise. I was able to pay only $25 with no credit check and got my furniture delivered within the same week! I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone.
I went there to rent two tv’s and a PlayStation thinking that Aaron’s would want the business, but apparently not. Initial front desk were nice and the women who helped me with my paper work, but the female manager was rude and seemed as thought she didn’t care about my business because I wasn’t in the immediate area. She was very rude and matter of fact and because of that I took my business else where. She was so rude that I will be making a complaint to cooperate office as well
I have spoke to multiple people from this store regarding an unsafe bed. It's been months i have children. The first time i unexpectedly fell through the bed holding my baby my entire body was bruised a lawyer explained i should go to the hospital i chose not to and reported this incident to the store while ordering a different bed that would cost me more but keep my children safe...its been colder a month they call every day for payment n i have paid twice since initial report i am not paying for a broken unsafe bed. This place is crazy..once again we fell through it again only this time the entire wood frame snapped this has been a complete nightmare. I have 2 children neither weighs more then 50 pounds...and it caved in with them...we rent a room n this broken bed takes the entire thing ..now i waited patiently for a replacement or a different safe bed but my patience has worn thin and doo they will have to pick it up outside. I have photos of all damages i have date documented...none of that matters they should have immediately got it out once deemed unsafe n replaced it at no extra cost with a safe bet now we have no bed to use cause we can't fit another bed in here along with a trumble bed...its gotten to the point I am disgusted with them.they haven't called over the safety issue reported but once i stopped paying they call everyone. I have called them n emailed them to no avail nothing gets done.....maye i should listen to the lawyer....i though i liked the n i was mistaken n mislead told it woud be replaced.. 2 months ago
I don't know about other Aarons locations, but this one is terrible! Theirs only one nice young man here. The furniture has roaches and bed bugs, associates misplace paperwork and personal information such as banking information! Before you get excited about all these "promos" "deals & savings" that their offering, to make your "bill cheaper" make sure everything anyone says is written down formally and verbally adressed. I got the wrong furniture, was missing pieces from my original order, and was patiently paying and waiting for it all to get fixed, just to be told I had to get over it and it was my fault. I thought leasing was more convient then buying all new furniture after moving from another state but it was a mistake. Do things the right way and own it, don't let Aarons take your money while you "rent" just to give the furniture back months later so they can start the process over with a new victim, with that same furniture Terrible service down to the corporate complaint line! I was told I'd be contacted by a district manager to help with the delays and confusion and was called by the same STORE and told that corporate told them to tell me to pay again and that their was no issue! Just buy your furniture from Ikea or some place else. You'll save $4,000+ and uneeded stress. I can guarantee it!
My son has been there twice and turned down both times. They treated him like a criminal. He works a good job and was trying to buy his son a birthday present. The salesman that he talked to doesn't have common sense at all. I use to be a customer, not any more. And the people I associate with are no longer customer either. There's a real good reason why there aren't any salesman, because of the way the staff treats the public, there sales are down. Goodbye Aarons.
Great Store Awesome Staff !!! Received my new living room set in two days under 100.00 a month and I can pay it out in 120 days for retail price Very Satisfied will do business with them again.
This place is like a death trap. There is a manager lady that works there and she is lucifer himself. She is very disrespectful to her guests. She knows if she is calling to collect a payment then sometimes you are going to have a disgruntled guest but tries to talk over you and tells you you are always late and you are never on time with your payments and then when I told her yes I am on time she looks and says oh there were a few times you were. She is giving me different information each time I call that's why I usually talk to another guy their because he doesn't switch a story every time you make a phone call. I ask to speak to someone else other than her she said it's just me I said is there someone higher than you she said no then said I have other guest okay bye and hung up. I called back and let her know she was rude and disrespectful and said you need to learn how to treat your guest being in customer service and that she doesn't know what she is talking about and I want to speak to someone higher and she finally says there is a store manager that I could talk to but he ain't here right now. She needs to learn how to speak to people before that mouth of hers gets her in trouble. If there is a store manager there I would like to be contacted if you are reading this because she needs to trained a lot more in the customer service world
