We had a great experience with our sales rep, Marsha. She helped us get in and out in a timely manner and she was really friendly. I definitely recommend this company and it's good to have a rep who seems to care!

The two sales people were very friendly and helpful. It’s not a giant showroom but they have plenty of mattresses to try and lay down on. There is plenty of parking and there are plenty of other shops around to buy stuff from Home Depot to Pet Smart.

Matthew was fantastic he's located at the Oregon store. He went above and beyond to help us find the right fit for my dad's bedding needs. Delivery guys were great too except the automatic message system and the tracking system had them arriving later than when they actually showed up. My dad needed a little time to get downstairs because they showed up unexpectedly but it all worked out and they were very patient. I would definitely use this company again and I would definitely return to Matthew for his excellent customer service skills.

I enjoyed chatting with all three of the customer service representatives, although each time I didn’t do something correctly and I lost the connection. I really enjoyed talking with Ms. Washington because she took the time to carefully listen to me, it assisted her in making the best recommendations for my personal needs. She also told me about all of the special saving promotions that would help me save some money.

I found staff at Mattress Firm Outlet Center very formative and experience in helping customers choose appropriate size and mattress comfort level. Make sure it's the items you want. I changed my decision on my purchases with Mattress Firm and requested a refund and was informed your refund would take 10 to 2 weeks. So basically leaving you without thousands of dollars while they penalize you for changing your mind and doing business with them. Basically forcing your hand to resend your order if you're shopping elsewhere for a better price. Leaving me with a bad feeling about dealing with Mattress Firm or referring other to do business with the company. " Pay More Get Better Customer Service Elsewhere ".

My sons and I visited the Oregon Ave store in South Philly yesterday, and we were met right at the door by store rep, Matthew, who spent the next hour explaining to my 20-year-old son the details of all the different types of beds. Matthew also made the effort to find my son a bed that matched our budget. We were very happy to have received such awesome customer service from Matthew.
