The staff if nice but the actual store always has something wrong, One time there air conditioner was broke and it felt like hell inside. Then another time it smelled like something died in there and then the other day it was pretty cold and the heat was broke.. I feel for the staff that have to Work in there all day.

The young lady that's been awhile has always been great when it comes opening up store on time, helping me upgrade my phone. To be honest with you she could run the store by herself.

Visited on 02/12/2022 Allen was very professional very prompt opening the store & super fast activating my phone. Will go here again even tho it was a 25 minute walk from my house.

I swear if you go to the hood to pay your phone bill they always doing something besides their job on the phone having a conversation while a customer is trying to pay their phone bill just ghetto is the right word to say

I came in to purchase a new phone and Kanecia, The store manager was so helpful and she was very pleasant

Lady the helped me I felt went out of her way excellent service and beautiful.

Customer service is the best an i wouldnt recommend no other place to go an i believe sam is a great employee at the location

My experience here is always great. The cashier is awesome!

The sale reps are manipulative and they don't tell you everything all they care about is a sale. I wouldn't recommend them.
