Do not live here. The cheap rent isn’t worth it. Packages get stolen regularly, HVAC never works during the winter and summer when you need it to. Management doesn’t care at all. Currently have blankets and comforters covering my windows because the AC doesn’t work. It’s 90 degrees outside and 100 degrees in my apartment. I have health conditions and a service dog. The only option management has given me is to find a hotel…….please send help. The portable AC unit that management gave me blows out hot air if you don’t constantly fill it up with cold water….please send help….send someone…anybody…

DO NOT LIVE IN THIS BUILDING OR ANY BUILDINGS MANAGED BY PMC PROPERTY GROUP. Long story short, the pictures are my bathroom right now, leaking for the 4th time over the duration of 1 year lease. We also didn't have heater for more than 29 days during Nov and Dec. Packages get stolen REGULARLY but police report won't do much because the management company will not cooperate with the police. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WILL NOT RESPONSE TO YOUR MOST BASIC NEEDS. Rent might be cheaper, but consider risking HVAC during winter and summer, your belongings will be damaged and stolen in this building.

Great units, rude and unprofessional management. HVAC has currently been down for over three weeks, my unit has reached 95°, and nothing has been done. I will follow up when they fix it/if they offer any sort of compensation, but at this point they are adamant that have no responsibility for me “choosing” not to live in my oven of an apartment.

I would recommend avoiding any PMC properties. Lots of maintenance issues and management can't or won't do anything about it. We had water coming through our ceiling and managements solution was t simply paint over it. as a result, there is certainly black mold in the unit.

I've lived at 521 St. Paul Street Apartments for ~18 months. The first year proved to be a positive experience. Unfortunately, during this winter the heating system went down several times and one time for up to 15 days. Despite several maintenance requests, escalations to management, it took multiple messages and follow-ups from me to resolve these issues. Frankly, it was inhumane, unprofessional and untimely. And unfortunately, the issues have now continued into the summer months. The HVAC has failed to work on multiple occasions and it requires multiple maintenance requests and issues before I'm communicated to from management and before the issue is resolved. In addition to these HVAC issues, I recently noticed mold and water damage in my unit, near my ceiling. After 5 messages and several work orders, management has not yet responded with an appropriate response or taken action - over the past few weeks. With all sincerity, I caution anyone before moving to this apartment building.

The maintenance and management is HORRENDOUS. It has been *3 WEEKS* of calling about broken AC with 90+ degree weather and they have done NOTHING except give some wimpy little fan that does not help at all. Their neglect makes the apartment unlivable. Worst apartment management ever! Do not give these thieves your money!

The apartments themselves are nice however, maintenance never fix things unless asked four or five times even when they are considered “emergencies.” I haven’t been able to use my only bathroom in two days. On top of, two months later and I still don’t have a key to my door handle so can only lock the deadbolt, which in itself isn’t a big deal but for how much they are asking for rent, things should work right.

Came here for the nice location and big living space. Not worth it. Was greeted with sketchy management team difficult to reach and takes several follow ups to get a response, rats everywhere if you live on the first floor, poor security packages are constantly taken with no compensation, barely working maintenance takes on average 1-2 weeks for them to arrive if they do at all.

Nice and quiet.
