6 Star Laundromat

Most of the washjng machines the hot water function doesn't work and there are no signs on them.

The lady at the front desk is not helpful at all. Anytime there is an issue she is never willing to help and immediately acts like she doesn't understand what your saying. And I've seen this not only with myself but other customers as well. I wish there was another place to wash that was close to me. I hate it their, absolutely no customer service. Their only saving grace is the nice jamaican fellow who works the morning shift.

I use the drop off laundry service. They fold your clothes very well and the clothing is really clean. If an issue occurs, they handle it with sincerity and integrity. Really appreciate the customer service.

Laundry is cool, sometimes stragglers have been coming in during hours of operation not washing clothes but it's a good place.

They have this sign on one of their walls that says that as of may 2017 they are not responsible for damage to clothes done by dryers and will not refund your money. I washed my white clothes and they came out with light spots all over them. When I showed it to them, all of a sudden the English language was difficult to understand and speak. But one thing they did say fluently...."We don't return money". I was taken aback because I frequent this laundromat. How fair is it that they, quite possibly do not clean dryers or washers for that matter and when your clothes get messed up..they don't claim responsibility? I'm not going back to this place. Time to find a different laundromat.

A bit expensive to me. Compared to many other laundromats, if their prices were a bit more on the reasonable side, here would be my favorite place to do my laundry. Unfortunately..... it isnt. Other than that it's pretty good to me.

There are plenty of wash and dry machine so I was able to do my laundry but to many machine were broke.

Most disgusting staff !!! Machines do not function properly at all. When you ask staff for assistance, they refuse and don’t understand English but have the nerve to call u stupid. I almost lost my sanity in that place . Not going back there at all and also don’t encourage anyone to as well.

Clean and big space. Lots of machines, very convenient!

Great place to wash clothes.. But some of the associates have really bad attitudes.
