The employee I encountered this morning was clearly drinking on the job! He accused me of fighting someone a couple days prior and when I told him I don’t know what he’s talking about he basically called me a liar. His breath smelt just like alcohol and he could barely type on the register! SMH
This is my neighborhood store I go to everyday. I've been coming to for years can come and buy stuff but can't get a job here lmfao
98% of the time I receive very friendly service, and the other 2% are just easy one-off interactions that don't really ruffle any feathers. Staff is nice and courteous, and I usually find whatever I need from there.
Today is 7 eleven birthday which means free slurpee and my husband was forced to pay for slurpees for 6 people because the associate working was cussing at a previous customer all while telling my husband that small slurpees aren’t free today! The face that I’ve meet the owner and his wife at this location is really shocking to see the individual’s that they employe do not possess the same mannerism and customer service that they do.
They have crack heads working after 11 don't recommend at all.
Expired. I’m not sure why they didn’t notice even though there were only three of these on the shelf
Went to play lottery cashier put my slips in, in the order she wanted not how I handed them to her. I placed them that way purposely so my trips could print 1st in case the time ran out & it did. Will never return there again... missed my trips... smh dnt even deserve this 1 star wouldn't let me post w/o it
Syrup was low in at least two of the fountain drinks in the employee wanted me to wait 5 minutes while I got it right. It's their job to have it right all the time and that's always the customers time. I don't have time to wait 5 minutes often, I have a schedule to keep.
Came to grab something to eat. It wasn't busy at all. Got to the register the cashier was so busy dancing instead of ring my order in. Heh didn't speak. He was very rude. It shouldn't take 2 mins for him to ring in my drink and sandwich. Very poor customer service. I wish I could give them no stars. Never again will I visit this 7 eleven.
