It's 711. The staff was friendly and the store was kind of clean. You definitely want to wear shoes when entering. The bums outside begging for change is annoying but the employees can't do anything about that. Most of the slurpee machines were working. The food on the grill was more than obviously old and I was surprised the staff hadn't changed them out. The manager mentioned they were extremely short staffed but then I watched her go back to the office and just sit there playing on her phone and the computer. Thats actually where she is almost every time I go in so I'm surprised she wasn't out there managing the store and doing the little things that needed to be done.

You have 2 people currently in that store. I was in the parking lot for a little while seeing if the line would go down. Nope. You have one girl named Jolene handling a register doing an amazing job while whatever girl is there is literally aimlessly walking around getting annoyed that the line keeps growing. After waiting a while in line the other girl finally opens another register but after most the crowd had died. The disrespect to leave a newer employee by themselves is ridiculous. Jolene you did a great job but honestly whoever that other girl is just needs to get fired.

They will steal your money and blame it on their computers.  I went in for some snacks and my card got declined even though the full amount went through on my end. I showed the cashier my transaction history, and he said there was nothing he could do. I ended up leaving empty handed. Walked all the way there for nothing even though they took what I had left in my account.

Always close after midnight. Been there last month after midnight  for 4 times always close. I thought it was 24/7?

Cashiers act as if you're going to steal or rob them for no reason. Its pathetic. Need not work in a convenient store if you're that scared.

I stopped here yesterday morning and the two girls I'm going to refer to them as girls because they definitely didn't act like ladies. They're very nasty and rude they were out of coffee and the girl that was working the floor applied that she was making coffee and she could only do one at a time ok that's understandable but she left the coffee back there for I know about ten-twelve mins. and I know for a fact that it doesn't take that long because I've been to that location and several others and it doesn't take that long. Howere it was her and the other girls attitude they're nasty as hell and to top it off they started speaking in another language right in several customers faces which is very rude and unprofessional and needs to be addressed one of the customer's applied they were discussing all of us in a unpleasant way just because we were other nationalitie doesn't mean were not bilingual. I think that was very unprofessional and rude those too girls need training on customer service and learn how to talk to paying customers. Like really if they don't have customers they don't have jobs there something to think about for management or owner .

Worst 7-11 in this area!  The cashiers are nasty and ignorant!  FYI, this is the only 7-11, that I know of, in this area that will not take debit for lotto.  Clear signage, and not being made to feel like an idiot for not automatically knowing that, would be great!  I will go out of my way to avoid this establishment.

So today is Tuesday December 11th I go to the 7-Eleven on Baker Road to get some morning coffee the creameris free for the coffee I grabbed about 7 to 8 the owner comes over scared me got angry with with me and nasty and aggressive posture he told me to put them back and I only could have three with my medium coffee but clearly 3 isn't enough for a medium coffee. I'm highly upset haven't had anyone ever talk to me that way over free creamers.  I wouldn't go into this store at all I would not recommend this store to no one. I felt like he was being racist to me.

Worse 7 eLeven ever.!!! One day I went there at 4am and they had a piece of paper that said closed on the window and doors locked.! Then tonight I tried to order the mini tacos over the phone so it will be done by the time I got there the man proceeds to tell me he has turned the oven off at 11. And it won't be up untiL 3am. They are 24/7 and it's ridiculous aLways a problem at this store. Newtown rd 7 eLeven is not the closest to me now I have to drive to them because baker rd is full of it.!!!

Customer service still needs work with 3 employees. Coffee was cold and not fresh today. However store was clean and stocked.
