I don't normally review drug stores, but I just had a nearly delightful experience in the pharmacy getting my booster shot. Neither shots nor patient intake are generally fun, but the staff in this pharmacy is outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Thank you for making it so easy and painless!

If I could give less stars, I would. If a store can’t open on time why even give it the time of day. I arrived at 8:10 and the should have been open for 10 minutes. I waited, looked around, knocked, no one came. While I was waiting, three other people came. I gave up after 5 minutes. Worst Walgreens ever. Never here again.

The young, black female pharmacist who administered my 2nd Covid vaccination did not speak, smile or even make eye contact with me. She had a very rude demeanor about herself and was quite unprofessional in her communication. I did not feel comfortable with her at all! I also overheard a pharmacy tech administering a shot to her grandfather while I waited! Thank God this store is not my neighborhood Walgreen's! I love the crew on S. Military Hwy in VA Beach.

Extremely long wait times, it’s absurd. Just ungodly slow, and calling is damn near impossible. I was only hold for over 1 hour and 10 mins, although I was told that there was only 2 callers ahead of me, before the line began to ring than was abruptly disconnected. Absolutely disrespectful and terrible service, going online to get my script released/ have them remove the fill so I can switch pharmacies asap. They are Absolutely trash in all aspects

I have used this location for many years and have always been very happy with their service. They were pretty quick getting prescriptions filled and no confusion when picking up prescriptions. The pharmacist would often come up to the counter and ask if I had any questions, or the clerk would ask if I had any questions for the pharmacist. It has changed a lot in the past several months! I would rate it 5 stars for my previous experience and less than that lately. In the past several months something is happening to change things. They seem to take much longer to get a prescription filled and when I go to pick it up they are often searching all over for it, not finding it in the alphabetical bin it belongs in!! The employees are all very nice and so helpful and that has not changed!! I hope this disorganization gets corrected because I would like to keep using this location as my pharmacy of choice!!

Abby was great! She was my cashier and she was not only fabulous but also a huge asset to Walgreens as a company. It was very refreshing to have someone with such great customer service. I will switch pharmacies exclusively to this location Wesleyan drive. Just want to say again that Abby was the best and deserves a raise!!

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My brother is in hospice care at my house and this is my “go to” pharmacy for his prescriptions and needs. They have been wonderful. The pharmacist and staff have been able to assist me with everything! Love this Walgreens.

Pharmacy absolutely sucks, you will wait a minimum of 45 minutes everytime. With no one in front of you and after they call to say the prescription is ready. I have never experienced service as horrible as their pharmacy. The people up front are cool though just don't go to the pharmacy.

Please please go somewhere else. I feel like they don’t care if you get your medication or not. They wanted to charged me 40 bucks for 10 pills because that’s all they had when 60 pills are 18 bucks. Plus they told me they were going to order it and it takes 5 days. PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
