Why is it that whenever I go to a 7-Eleven at night they are inevitably closed. I can go a different times on different nights no matter the time or the night. They seem to be closed whenever.... Can you at least put a sign on the door that indicates that your clothes so that it might save somebody walking from their car in the cold weather to the door. Well an associate standing there. Watching them do this and makes no indication that the store is closed so a sign or something like that would be helpful and consistency would also be great
The least helpful humans on the planet have chosen this 7-11 as their employment place. Had a problem with my pump, the worker inside could not help me, I then asked for a receipt to confirm that I had not been charged. I was given ALL the receipts. About 35. This will definitely be the last time I stop in there. Its constantly dirty, in the winter icy, the staff cant do their most basic function vend fuel. I would chance getting to any other gas station RUN OUT OF GAS ON THE WAY! This place is awful!
None of the gas pumps were working. No signs up to tell customers so people went from pump to pump thinking only one was out. Cars everywhere. Staff had no idea when they would work.
They have the entire row of regular size candy bars marked for $1.69 but when you get to the register they charge you $1.99 instead of being Okay about it charging me the 1.69 she said it must be wrong. When I was a kid and I worked at a convenience store I was always taught that the customer's always right apparently that's changed in these years.
The guy at night here is so lazy he locks the door with a chain at midnight then stands at the register and stares at anyone who tries to open the door
A cleaner location in comparison to surrounding 711s, but LAZY BUSSINESS PRACTICES. Im tired of bringing items to the counter only for stuff to ring up at a price not advertised. IM SO TIRED OF PRODUCTS RINGING UP AT PRICES OTHER THAN ADVERTISED. I buy 711 brand Replenish drinks, which are advertised @ $1.99 on the shelf, but they rung up for $2.09. When I asked the cashier about it who obviously has no effort alotted to speaking, interacting & customer service I'm told 'they' put the wrong price tags up. Whos they? Yall hire a special team to put in price tags? Bc I know the vendors dont do it, thats yalls responsibility. Another cashier tells be they dont have staff to do the cooler Seriously there are 3 people working behind the counter & not 1 staff member knows how to adjust price tags according to the product or stock the cooler? Thats literally part of running a store. Customers do shop according to price, we dont all blindly walk in & grab stuff to buy. Poor business practices really, LAZINESS all around. Management needs to tighten up bc theres plenty of other franchises competing around you & Id rather take my business where they know how to do their jobs & make an active effort to do so, seriously your jobs aint hard.
Not 24 hours. Had the doors chained shut it 3am.
The store was dirty. You have homeless out front smoking weed and lastly your employees dont like to talk. They dont greet you or say hi at the counter..instead they just ring up your order and tell you how much it is and ask if you want your receipt. Just not a friendly store.
Says it’s 24 hours a day but this store closes at 12 am to 430 am every day. You need to update Google then if these are your hours. This easily is becoming one of the worst 711 in Denver.
Not bike or people friendly. Walked in with my bike to avoid it getting stolen. The cashier shrieks at me to take my bike outside as if I was her child doing something wrong. They also weren’t tolerant of the guy in front of me with a back pack. Zero signage indicating no bikes or bags. I’d avoid this place at all costs. If you’re biking and need snacks/hydration, the Ubergrippen climbing gym behind the 7/11 is super friendly and happy to earn your business.
