Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Mint Town Center

Sweetwaters is a cool franchise with a local vibe! They sell creative seasonal drinks and tasty classics! The staff is super friendly and eager to help. I also had a quiche while I was there and it was delicious. Definitely will return!

This place is super yummy. Great drinks, reasonable prices, excellent service, and really good pastries/sweets! Lemon bars are fantastic.

Got a decaf latte, it was pretty good! I realized, after I ordered and got my drink, that oatmilk was available. Maybe put a list of alternative milks on the menu? I might have missed it, but would be helpful in the future for other guests.

I've been excited for a locally-owned coffee shop in the hood and Sweetwaters did not disappoint. I got the cold brew and it was really smooth and hit the spot on a hot day. Really friendly staff and very nice open-air interior.

Although the description says “breakfast” it is prepackaged to go. Great if you are in a hurry. I brought my kids and wanted to get some eggs; unfortunately, we had to go somewhere else.
