There should be a no star review for this place but wanted to say There was a lady at register this morning who rang up my burrito that was on the shelf at $2.89 so I got it When she rang it up it was $3.99 so I told her that's wasn't what was shown on the shelf And she just told me it's $3.99 That's what I pay so I told her that was not right She told me just to call the store and talk to someone about but it was $3.99. Seems this store has a bad review about it and I will tell people to not go there for now on She wouldn't even go look on the shelf where the burritos where That's what makes me so mad But yes I'll never go there again

Lol. Went in there people sleeping on the tables and the only one worker doesn’t even acknowledge other people standing in line. One dude waited for 10 mins lol and the worker was behind the counter. Nothing on the hot rollers but other 7/11 have food on the hot rollers through the whole night. No greeting coming or no thanks for coming in when we left. Horrid customer service

This is the worst 7-Eleven since it opened. There is always a cash register malfunction saying no cash credit cards only machine or soda is not working most the time. no today I get a cashier that doesn’t even speak English well enough to know what cigarettes I’m looking for and told me to point at it while everybody behind me is waiting impatiently. One Saturday morning came in at 9 AM and every single coffee machine is down because they’re being cleaned. Who cleans coffee machines at 9 AM on a Saturday morning. really! never any receipt paper in the gas pumps. Lazy employees and management is to blame

I come here out of convenience but the customer service and the way it's run is horrible. I was just in there with only one employee working with a long line of people waiting and a few people walked out as a result of having to wait. I don't blame the employee but I do wonder if management even cares.

I came in on a cold Wednesday night. And a young lady named Kim customer service changed my night literally. Bathrooms clean! Coffee ready. And to tell the Gods honest truth there Ebt machine was down. I was Cold. Without saying to much. My body GOT THE HOT FLUIDS IT NEEDED. EVERYONE always quick to comment on Bad customer service. Thank u Kim

Horrible service; employees on phones, manager has horrible manners -been open for weeks and Ebt does NOT work - they always close the bathrooms ‘out of order’ when they ARE in service - wishing they get new management

These people are rude. And there is never any washer fluid at the pumps. Also the pumps never work properly with fleet cards. Always have to go in.

I work 4blocks from this site so I'm in there 3-4 times a week on the night shift. Up until about 2 months ago this was a great store and the guy working the counter was super nice, polite, and helpful plus everything was stocked on a regular basis. The new employees don't stock the shelves, food in the cooler is regularly moldy while still being within the sell by date, and between the hours of 6:30pm and 9 pmwhich is when I'm usually in there is never any food on the grill. If you go in much earlier then the employees would rather argue and carry on personal conversations than help the customers standing in front of them. Staying away from this site as much as possible from now on.

After seeing so many people getting ripped off, including myself, I decided that I needed to leave a review. I've seen several people grab something off of the "50%" off racks and then the customer realizes that they are being charged full price and the people behind the counter get irritated and state that it's the customers responsibility to tell them. Then, just now, they have a sign stating buy two donuts and get a coffee free. A customer asked after he paid and the Indian guy behind the counter stated, "Oh no, it's too late." I dont understand how this is acceptable to run a business this way. Please, if you give here pay close attention. All these comments are spot on and they will rip you off every chance they get. I really hope new owners take over and fire all of these incompetent people.

What kind of gas station doesn't have window squeegees. To clean your windows. Also half the outside trash cans were overflowing.
