Soooo either the person working today is not trained or is trying to scam people over nachos for a dollar? My husband just visited this location and went to get nachos. When he went to pay with just a tray of chips NO CHEESE YET. The clerk told him it was a dollar extra for cheese….. so you’re trying to tell me you charge for a small tray of DRY chips with nothing on them and call them nachos and charge 3.50 but if you actually want the cheese to make the nachos it’s an extra dollar? Funny if you go to any other 7-11 the chili and cheese are always included in the 3.50 price. What a joke.
I went to this location around 11:45 pm and I don’t know the workers name but he was falling asleep at the counter while checking us out, we couldn’t understand a word he was saying and he was definitely high one something never going here again and sad thing is this used to be my daily 7 eleven but not anymore
Cleaner than most of the 7 elevens in this neighborhood and everyone is much nicer and has great customer service. It's not as busy as the others in this area which makes it easier to get in-and-out more quickly plus they have a bigger/ better drink selection of energy drinks.
Love this store , the staff there is awesome great people. And friendly I only shop there. When I go to a convenient store they are the best

Night clerk was extremely rude!! She had a really bad attitude and, after handing my change back to me without a word, my husband told her thank you and have a good night and she just stared at us. He repeated himself 5 or 6 times before getting a response from her.
I work for FedEx and the staff at this 7-11 and many others are extremely friendly and helpful to all of us drivers. The slurpees are life saver when you are in a box truck with no a/c and Temps reaching 120+.
I really don't like giving bad reviews but, this store has been going down hill for years. I have lived in the neighborhood for 10 years. The night guy is always yelling at people over masks but often takes his off to put rubber bands in his beard touching his face then you products. When the mask is on its not on correctly. They don't keep the store stocked well. As an added bonus you can no longer go in or out of the store without being bombarded by junkies and bums asking for money. I will be going to any other gas station in the neighborhood. I will drive past this location to 72nd and pecos to the next 7 eleven.
Worst customer service!!The guy working which was the owner absolutely didn’t want me cashing in my lottery tickets. Not only was it under a hundred but I also bought more tickets. Which he tried to say some of my tickets were already paid out which they were not. I had to insist that they were not paid and he finally paid them all in ones of course. 60.00 in ones.
Went to buy ciggarettes and the older lady in the morning was very rude when i tried to use a coupon for ciggarettes and treated me as if I was a little kid. When i told her I didnt appreciate her talking to me that way she mummbled i was not welcome. From now on i will be shopping at different location. Gabriel the gentlemen in evening is very nice always helpful.
