They may as well close at this point. The store is dirty, unprofessional, and the manager Kris does nothing at all to even help customers with anything. If I could really give less than one star I would. They need to shut down, I can’t see them lasting for another ten years, not even another month if they’re this trash of a place. Do NOT go here, go to another location, clearly this location hires trash. Attached are photos of the rude lady who wouldn’t take my mom’s cash cause it was on the counter and she said “you have to put it in my hand” and had a rude attitude. The manager Kris shouldn’t even be a manager and didn’t even help. So please, go to another location, they such.
Any 7eleven is going to be a bad experience because they don't care about the employees so you're going to get bad service unfortunately if I could give zero stars I would everyone needs to stop supporting 7eleven go to QT or shell gas station they don't care about the employees they don't care about customers this store is closed most of the day I thought it was 24 hour
If I could give it less than one star I would. My husband and I were here and we were trying to get a coupon to load on our phone. It took maybe 30 seconds for it to load and the cashier had absolutely no patience and told the customer behind us to go before us saying "these people are taking too much time come ahead of them". At this time, the coupon had already loaded and he was just being totally rude and not friendly. I was going to purchase a Charms lollipop as well, but decided against it after how rude he was being. He then yelled at my husband "where is the lollipop" after he clearly saw me put it on the counter and told my husband I no longer wanted it. It truly embarrassed me and my husband as he was making it look like we were trying to steal a $0.30 lollipop. It took everything I had not to come out of character. This is not how you treat customers... I won't be coming back to this 7-Eleven. My business will be going elsewhere, where my husband and I are treated with respect.
By far the worst 7-11 I have ever stepped foot in.
Beware of the loiterers and music CD salesmen here. The store itself is pretty decent, however most times there are people hanging around outside trying to harrass, sell, or bum money. Other than that this store is a good place to fill up and grab a quick snack.
The owner of the store on this day was rude and very unpleasant and lacked any type of professionalism. The sign on the door clearly read all size cold coffee on sale for ninty nine cents, well he overcharged me by one dollar all because he never asked me if I had placed any ice cubes inside of my coffee cup SMH . Just like his wife that often works here they are both the same type of people. Two weeks he overcharged me on my lottery purchase by two dollars. Gabby along with another African American female are always warm and welcoming, but on this day Saturday the twenty first of twenty eighteen the owner has turned me completely away with his lack of professionalism. My advice to anyone that's contemplating stopping at this location I would advise against it. While in the store I noticed that he never greeted any of the customers and never once asked them to please come back. Very poor customer service by the owner is the reason why I will never return to this location.
Store is very dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. A poor 7-Eleven for the area
Has the bathroom here ever been properly cleaned? The walls are streaked black, the baby changing table nasty, the sink is black except where the water runs normally. I don’t usually refuse to buy something when I’ve used a bathroom but I refused to buy anything and I refuse to ever stop again.
This is the dirtiest unprofessional 711 in all of Charlotte NC. They do no follow or comply with policies. They need a whole new make over. I go there daily because it's right up the street. There are too many flies can hardly pour coffee. Outside is horrible trash is always overflowing.
Hi, I would like to complaint about store 4800 graham st Charlotte no, I came to buy beer, cooler doors are empty completely, but I was able to see modelo 6 pk. And corona familiar 6 pk inside cooler shelves, I ask both of the employees working if one of them could give a a 6 pk corona familiar, the guy said no because that’s back-stock, and they cannot sell back stock... tell me why? But this is not the first time I come to this store and I noticed that anytime they feel closing the beer doors they do and won’t sell you anymore even is it is 8 pm, what is the purpose of having a convenience store in the neighborhood if you still got to go to the other stores to buy what you can buy here...very disappointed...got my beer from circle k, thanks..
