Yet another poor lot choice for this company. Only 4 free parking spots. Lot is on a corner. No room to maneuver. Towing policy strictly enforced here. Same poor quality Subway restaurant. Quit it with the chain restaurants. Put a local business in your stores. It gives us drivers some variety. Your PJ Fresh...isn't so fresh...

Wish I could give 0 stars! It wasn’t the pilot employees which are very friendly… it’s the McDonald’s employees that chapped my hide! Young lady and I use that term loosely, was very rude when I asked if that was my order number she stated that she didn’t know and didn’t really care. After a long hard day of supplying American’s with the goods they need all I want to do is eat and relax. Unfortunately this McDonald’s has completely ruined my night! Dirty inform and nasty attitude is all that I received tonight. She threw my food on the counter and was no way near the customer service standards that I’m sure is McDonald’s policy. I spend at least 2 to 3 days a week at the truck stop, needless to say I spend quite a few dollars here per week and to deal with a rude, obnoxious, discourteous, filthy dressed, angry person was certainly not the highlight of my week. Customers don’t deserve to be treated in that manner considering if we didn’t buy products there she wouldn’t have a job! Hire more efficient help in the future. Signed Tired, and irate

Workers are friendly. Small place were "ALL" parking is paid parking only. Drivers will and have parked OVERNIGHT at the pumps. At night illegal parking is so bad you need to come through the scale to get in and then figure out which truck is fueling and qhich is parked for the night at the pumps. Showers were ok.

not surprised there was a fatal shooting at this truck stop. it's in a very bad neighborhood. the last time i was there, i was met with nothing but rudeness. i was thrown out of a handicapped truck spot after pointing to my handicap placard. FK pilot statesville. too much monkey business goin on there

This is the absolute worst truck stop in the Pilot Family. They should be ashamed to have their brand associated with this facility. Nearly all of the pumps have screens that don't work or have buttons that won't push. You can't even use a corporate Pilot fuel card because of this. Management and staff inside are zero help.

You know... It is what it is. No real problem for a decent driver who can drive n park well. Its small but if it's late you won't find a spot. Period. Subway can be busy not just drivers go here. The strip club has better food choices. But you have to walk over. Lol. Oh if you do come there after 2pm to midnight just park on the shoulder of highway 4 corners you will have to walk. Showers are small. Staff have their own way of dealing with drivers cop on site at night, the cute girl with the boy cut was nice great smile. But guys don't bother. Ladies she is available.. I think. Morning crew is okay one lady was a little annoyed but so what. Cops are cool just be professional. Saw no bums dealers or lizards there, is reserved parking so call ahead.

Waiting a shower 40 minutes because one of your worker don’t want to work. And it very rude. If he doesn’t want to make his job - fire him.

Worst Pilot I have ever been at. Horrible!!!! Unsafe, slow and poor management. Please fix this Pilot. Have a police officer there full time to get rid of the trash... Truckers need a peace of mind that they are in a safe environment. This place is the worst.

The place is small and the service is extremely slow. The manager does not help other and is very loud talking to the staff. When I was there only 1 girl was working while another one walk around and the manager did the same. The parking lot is very uncomfortable to park just because the pumps are right in front of the parking's that are side to side.

Place sucks just walked in and bought a drink said good morning to clerk and no response said have a good day still nothing but had no problem talking to the guy behind me . Guess it was race issues . Will not go back . Please clean this place up or shut it down .
