7-Eleven, 35577 2519 Betties Ford Road Charlotte, North Carolina 28216 The most ghetto convenient store I've ever been to in Charlotte NC. Ghetto because pf the mentality and I was highly disappointed because there were young African-American people working there so I was excited to see that initially until I actually walked in. I saw two registers. At the first register, the lady was opening and closing the drawer constantly removing the entire drawer you could see all the money and there was a kid in there all over the place so I went to the second register. At the second register there's this young lady on her phone, texting while standing behind the counter and eating and I'm standing there waiting to pay for my gas and order hot food. When I was finally able to order the hot food she seemed so irritated. Get it together you all.

It’s a shame that you can’t even used the bathroom at the store but other stores like 7/11 lets you no matter if it’s 3rd shift and the fact it’s time they don’t even stock up

Slow and ghetto!! Waited 11 minutes for my DoorDash order. And while there’s customers in the store, you could see one of the associates upset and cursing at her coworkers about some coffee creamer that she could’ve addressed in a professional calm manner. No professionalism nor integrity what so ever!

Goes in the store every morning monday threw friday keisha as good customers service she motivates me before I go to work she Always have fresh coffee she make sure all the customers leave with a smile in the morning I love her and she Not even been there long seems like things as change since she been there I will stay going there longest she working

Every morning 5:20 til 6 the store is closed they said for shift change but that’s impossible if the next person hasn’t come in. I’ve worked in retail for years and this has so far been the worst crew the last couple of months, something needs to be done ASAP

Stopped here due to me having to meet someone. When i pull up employee sweeping the parking lot. Fine. But when i got inside to use the bathroom, it looks like a third world country. And im saying to myelf arent u supposed to clean the bathroom before the parking lot? It was mud on the.floor and god knows what on the wall. Nasty.

Wow I don't even understand how they even operate I mean there's no way the store can be making any profitable revenue because it's never open always close for some odd reason which makes you have to go out your way hell it's even false advertising to say 24hours the store stay close more than open all the employees do what they please it's very very annoying and hella inconvenient when you literally live a block away and have to drive other places because the only open to they friends and God knows whoever else coming in and out I'm filing a complaint with local BBB IM SERIOUSLY FED UP

This is the most rachet 7-11 store A I’ve been too. I was traveling out of town and stopped because my phone died and I need a phone charger to charge my phone. I bought the charger for 20 !!! Because I was so desperate, I tried to return the charger the next day ... I went to a 7-11 store b and they told me I had to return it to the store I recieved it from so I went to the store I went to last night , and don’t let them tell me i can’t get a refund because they keep original receipts and refund it later to themselves, giving the customer a REPRINT... at this point I’m like this happens at gas stations omg !!! So I go to 7-11store A & I tell the clerk I wanted to do a refund, she quickly says refunds on store electronics ... mind you I’m looking at my receipt and it says REPRINT at the bottom. The girls from the 7-11store b was correct. When i purchased the items the store clerk gave me a REPRINT thinking I wasn’t going to return it , she returned it with the ORGINAL copy and took the money ... all I’m saying is I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A 7-11 again !!!!! I called the 7-11 customer service line all they do is give you the run around saying all I can do is file a complaint ... which will take a week for someone to call me he says . I will have been forgot about that damn charger by then ! Please you guys STAY AWAY FROM 7-11 they only want your money they don’t care how they TAKE IT !
