I love the guys there especially Marcus and my other buddy the day my car broke down at 6 am . I appreciate u guys and thank u . We need to be more appreciate more and stop complaining

HORRIBLE !! Went to buy gas gave them a 20$ The cashier asked me for money I said no he put $18.44 in my tank and pockets the rest there was no manager to speak to I tried to talk to a older man but he told that he probably needed change because of the coin shortage like what?? I also bought a vape later as this is the closest gas station and within 2 min of walking out my cape didn’t work at all I walked back in to try to get one that works and the older guy refused and said he couldn’t do anything. Don’t waste your time and especially money

My wallet was stolen by a man in the parking lot here. I started seeing charges once I got home. As soon as I drove back the clerk said they saw the guy using my card over and over. He even gave me a description of the guy. Now I see charges for another card of mine. They are continuing to let him come in and use it. This place has horrible customer service and shouldn't let people use stolen credit cards when they know what's happening. I'm calling their main office tomorrow.

This is going to sound strange but I pulled in to this gas station one night after working 14.5 hours to meet a deadline, it had been a horrible day, but I needed to get gas. Iwent into the store for a moment, when I came out the pump said I had 13 gallons of gas got in my car and the fuel gauge still said I had a quarter tank. At first I thought "great now my gas gauge is broken. Perfect ending to an already bad day. Two days later my fuel light came on. That didn't make sense. After work I stopped at another gas station to see if I could top it off and I was able to get 14 gallons pumped. I had never heard of this before but found YouTube videos of it happening to others, no gas being dispensed but the pump still running the tab. Now I can't prove I didn't get any gas at that pump so many days later to even try for a refund.

I literally live less than 5 mins from this 7/11 & have been to this particular one 3 times & all 3 times I've had issues with the rude disrespectful staff. I've asked for a manager several times & no one would even give me a name. 1st experience I asked for lottery tickets & I guess I was taking to long to pick a scratch off so the young girl personally ripped one off & choose it for me without my approval. Then said I had to take it or leave the store. 2nd time there was an extremely long line & only one register opened but the other attendee walked off hiding by the hot food. I approached him to ask if he could assist & he turned his back while I was talking pretending not to hear me. So I get back on line to ask for a manager & the young girl states that I am ignorant & if I do not like the service there is 3 other 7/11 store I could go to & she does not need to give me the managers name. Then on my way to work being this is the most convenient location I stopped in to pick up a lighter & they only had 3 sitting out & an entire pack that haven't been opened or placed out. The 3 had Carolina Panthers on them & I told the attendee I'm not a fan & would like a plain one then was told you are in the Carlolinas & being picky ... Either buy that one or leave... I will not open a new pack just for you.

So apparently this store is not allowed to sell cartons of cigarettes, even though I just did a week and a half ago. “We are never allowed to sell a carton” give me ten packs then “ok” until he realized there was 10 packs in a carton.

Stopped here for my favorite drink Vitamin water xxx in the big gulp and went to the bathroom DISGUSTING! Told the male cashier he just laughed and said always?! I’m like clean it or put a out of order sign.

Unsafe. Lots of crime/threatening behavior . They dont even request that ppl wear masks. Store full of ppl with no masks at height of pandemic. Clerks could care less.

I moved here from virginia and love 7-11. When I heard they were coming to charlotte I was excited. Much to my dismay, this store closest to me has been disappointing. The staff is rude and slow, the coffee is rarely available and when it is the selection is minimal at best.

A very convenient store. Has a variety of snacks, chips candy, coffee donuts, anything you may want. A variety of drinks. Enjoy...
