02/05/2023 at 4:18pm : The cashier here is not properly trained to handle food here. I gotta drink from top of can, why would you rest your dirty hands on top of can ? Anyone with training from health department will tell you, never touch top of drinks. This girl tried the do the same to all 3 drinks I purchased here when all she needed to do was scan 1. I would not have mind if handled it properly. This issue needs to be addressed accordingly.

Be careful at this location got charged twice for an item could not get my money back! Even though I went straight back in with the receipt they said they would check the cameras never got back to me! Check your receipt! Scammers

I don’t normally leave a review for a convenience store, however I had a really bad experience at this location with one of the employees. I went into the store at around 530 am on Thursday June 30th I used the atm and got some money out. I then proceeded to select the items I wanted to purchase, I got two small items that equaled up to $4.38. I gave the cashier named Jacob $20.00 he then gave me back $10 even, when in reality should have been $15.62. I honestly didn’t realize until I got in my car that he didn’t give me the correct amount of change back, so I then went back inside and advised him he didn’t give me the correct change he asked me are you sure about that? I said yes I paid you with a $20 and my Items were under $5.00, he was still reluctant to give me my money back. He didn’t provide a receipt he still only gave me $4.00 back on top of my $10 so in total I received $14.00 back as my change. After having to go back in and ask for it, he didn’t want to give it back and acted like I was in the wrong when in fact he is the one trying to cheat people out of there change NOT COOL. I tried calling to speak with a manger but when you call this location phone rings then picks up like a fax how convenient! Just be careful going here They will try and rip you off do better 7 eleven!!!

Jacob is a great employee, I wish he was at every store I went too.

I’ve read the other replies, it’s all about what you do in the store . Someone left a 1 star reply because another customer got in her space ?? Okay why would you put the store down for someone that was uncontrollable? Take a step back ? This store is always stocked and clean even when I come at 12 at night . There is a worker/security give that boy a raise .

This location always gives me a 5 star experience, their night staff are the funniest!

Watch what your charged. Price display at slurpee machine says one thing but cash register rings up something totally different. When brought to clerks attention instead of an apology he got rude and nasty and gave money back which I never asked for only wanted him to bill me the correct amount as most clerks would have. Then was told to get out of his store. Terrible customer service and I will be writing corporate even if this is an independent store. Patrons are being cheated and if they don't question the employees like I did then this practice will continue.

The staff have moneypox beware! Worker said they won’t give her the time off!

I send my brother here for him to eat breakfast before school since he doesn’t make it for the breakfast time, 5$ I’ve given him and he brings back two things NO CHANGE. A doughnut is literally 1.09 and a drink he always says is 1.20 or maybe a little more.. no receipt. Then the other time me and my other brother came and he bought the 89 cent big gulp special and they charged him 2$!!?? Ridiculous I really don’t mind going up the street on Twain and Swenson... they know how to treat a customer. Will never come here again.
