Always full with a lot of rude people, they did upgrade their coffee machines. They have a refill price for coffee if you bring your own cup but they always charge me more unless i specifically say that it is my own cup, mind you you can clearly tell.
Please have someone knows what they are doing at the register. Today I asked if you guys have money orders, this lady said with a sassy attitude:” yes we have a lot of orders “, so I said:" good I want $120." she then looked at me like I am impossible, so I clarified myself:"I want one money order in the amount of $120.00". Then she said furiously, :”NO!" Either she didn't understand what I said, or she does not know what a money order is. either way, she cannot do this job, so I walked away.
This store like several others in the area constantly has someone in front holding the door and panhandling for money. I will often avoid going to that location or I try and enter when that person is distracted. During a global pandemic I would rather not be greeted by an unmasked person who verbally greets every person before me. I wonder how many people have caught covid and died because of this perticular situation. You have lost alot of money from me as well as any other establishment that allows this reckless behavior
There were dirty cups. The the store is unkept. the staff is rude and so is the manager is they walk away from you and ignore you. They dont scan your cups for you to get your 7th cup free. The cups that I was told were gone insulated foam cups, are still with the rest of the cups. The list goes on and on. They don't even have the decency to tell you your price or put your change in your hand. It also seems like they are incapable of handing customers their receipt unless asked. They have no respect and I do not recommend going to this store. When the dirty cups were reported, they were immediately put back. When I questioned the decision, the staff told me that the cups are new and aren't dirty.
It is disgusting and totally unsanitary to have plastic straws stored in a plastic container that I'm sure doesn't get washed often, if at all. The straws are all piled together leaving you no other alternative, but to inadvertently touch the other straws. There are too many bacteria, germs, and viruses floating around to continue such unsanitary practices. Please bring back the individually wrapped stirrers. P.S.- what happened to the espresso coffee pods. Can you bring those back?
Deplorable service. I visit this location often and typically get good service despite the volume and sort of customer that frequent this location. Today however, the cashier was extremely discourteous and rude. He is poorly trained, has zero customer service skills and shouldn't be allowed to represent ANYONE'S establishment. After a verbal altercation between him and another patron he was clearly more concerned with baiting the irate customer with flippant remarks than actually doing his job effectively. Had he been focusing on what he's required to do, he would have noticed that he didn't clear his register of the previous transaction before ringing up mine. When I questioned why my transaction which typically doesn't have a sales tax or fee, was priced fincorrectly it should've been $73 for a recharge he tells me that was a tax charged when infact it was another customer's food item on the bill that he didn't clear before ringing me up. I asked him to clear the items and start again. At that point a properly trained cashier would look again for the discrepancy as not to make them same error again. Instead he rudely refused to make the sale. I had to call out to another cashier to complete my transaction. When I asked for his name as he didn't wear his name tag both refused to comply. His actions and treatment of customers is an embarrassment not only as a representative of this company but to himself.
All the workers are very kind and go out of their way to assist. Special shout out to Amar and Sadia. They work hard to make sure I get my Twisted Tea Peach after a tough day
The services was quick and the multi variety of hot & cold food is 90% good I like going to 7-Eleven on 34 street across from Penn Station
Asked for a few numbers to play for lottery and cashier was impatient this Saturday evening. Walked away before I was finish completing my order. The line was not busy. Poor service.
Not that I was expecting to be treated like royalty in 7 eleven but the service here was awful. The cashier was rude and impatient and the store was understaffed and everyone seemed overwhelmed.
