McDonald's is expensive! All I got was a sausage biscuit no egg hashbrown and a M iced coffee for almost $12 But the shmedium iced coffee is what really ripped me off. I ordered a medium and I thought they gave me a small by mistake but no a medium iced coffee is only 16ozs. Shrink flation is real Lot of Homeless people here too especially on colders days. But with the smell and how much they ask for food you'd think McDonald's would be atleast cut you deal
Came in to use the bathroom and grab a quick bite. I know the rules you’re not supposed to go to the bathroom before ordering but the security guard was super nice and even gave me the biggest compliment in the world. The staff is super friendly and very active. Thank you so much for the great service!!Food: 5/5
Two stars are given to the star “Carla” who made our visit experience acceptable due to her helpful behaviour and lovely personality. Food was good but the place is not recommended for anybody especially tourists because it is always dirty not cleaned after every customer and I had to clean my table and the chairs. The branch always have homeless people who kept annoying the customers.
The sausage and cheese mcgriddle with hash brown with a caramel frappe is my signature breakfast. The caramel frappe is so creamy dripping with caramel. I have to admit to ts better then most frappes i have had in other coffee spots.Food: 4/5
The only reason I come to this location is because it’s near my job. This McDonald’s is the worst due to the amount of addicts and homeless that hang out here. There’s always an altercation going on. The employees here are a hit or miss. Some are nice and some aren’t. I came today to buy a Big Mac meal, and my sandwich was under cooked, and poorly made. My fries weren’t fresh. I’m about to walk a little farther and go to a diff McDonald’s because this one is a huge disappointment
I don't recommend this place at all. Even if you want to eat junk food and you're currently in New York city there are plenty other options you can choose that this store. We visited that place with my wife in order to eat something, since we have the same brand in our country Greece but we left completely disappointed. The burgers were discasting and we also tried the Coca Cola zero which felt more sweet than the normal one. Last but not least, we paid 40$ for 2 burgers, 1 medium fries and 2 drinks... that's unacceptable. I understand that the prices in New York city and the lifestyle overall are high but this is beyond anything I've seen during my stay.

We got to the restaurant, everything appeared open. The sign says they are open 24 hours. The seats were down. We went in and ordered and sat down, and were promptly met with a security guard kicking us out because the seating closes at 11. Other people were sitting and eating. It was 11:24.Food: 3/5
You know that song rock and roll McDonald's by Wesley Willis? That's basically this place. This is the gnarliest McDonald's I think in all of NYC . I just wanted to get a quick cheap coffee , had to squeeze past a crackhead making out with the express bus ticket machine and a dude pissing on the wall. It was 2pm. That said the staff here do the best they can considering the circumstances and you'll get exactly what you pay for....it's McDonald's
Very cozy place, but workers, especially in the morning are terrible. Lady who takes orders doesn't listen, I had to ask her multiple times not to put cheese on my order , she was unprofessional and rude. I still ended up with cheese on my order. I wish I could go back and give it back to her. Please, hire nice people.Food: 3/5
